Shopping online, but prefer curbside pick-up?  We've got you covered! 

Due to being short staffed, curbside pickup will not be available on February 11th.  In store pickup will be available.

We will be closed Saturday, February 13th -  Tuesday, February 16th so that we can purchase our Fall 2021 collection.  We apologize for any inconvenience our closure may cause you.


Step 1. Select  "Drive-By" from the shipping options on our shopping cart page. 


Step 2. You will receive two confirmation emails, one from the website and another from our customer service team confirming your order is ready for pickup!  This pick-up email will include our text number which will allow you to connect with us when you arrive for pick-up.


  • We have staff in the store available for curbside delivery Tuesday-Friday from 10am-530pm. We are unable to offer curbside pick-up on our busy  Saturdays, however you are welcome to pop-in for in store pick-up instead. We are closed Sundays and Mondays!

  • If you place an order during our business hours, you will receive an email to the address provided at the time of purchase, within 1 hour of us receiving your order to confirm pick up details. 

  • If you place an order after-hours, you will receive your pick-up confirmation email by noon the next business day!


Step 3. When you arrive at our store to pick-up your order, please send a text to the number we provided and we will bring your order out to your car. 

  • Please note, that we will be checking ID before passing off your order.  Just being safe, we want to make sure nobody is doing bad things with your credit card!


Want to return or exchange?  Simple stuff!  We will put instructions in your bag, which involve sending us an email and we will make the arrangements!

It is a bit different than what you are used to at our Grande Prairie storefront!

If you purchase a full priced item, you are welcome to return for full refund within 7 days of purchase. 

If the item is sale priced, you may exchange or return for store credit. If the item is clearance priced at 40% OFF or more, it is considered a Final Sale.  As always, to accept a return we do require the shoes/boots/sandals be completely unworn and in their original shoe box.
