Returns for Refund

If you are purchasing a gift online to be returned to us online for refund, we ask that you be in contact with us regarding the return by January 15th,2021.  For the gift to be accepted as a return, we require they be unworn and in their original packaging or box.   All returns for refund will be issued to the original form of payment.  As a small business, we cannot cover the cost of return postage, I am very sorry.  Return instructions will be included in the parcel, if you have any questions, please email us at returns@mysoleaddiction.com

 

 Returns for Exchange or Store Credit

 If the recipient of the gift prefers to exchange for a different style/size/color, or return for store credit, they will have until February 15,2021 to be in contact with us.  For the gift to be accepted as a return, we require they be unworn and in their original packaging or box.  Exchange/Return instructions will be included in the parcel, if you have any questions, please email us at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com 

 

Gift Receipts

 If you would like us to include a gift receipt in the box, we would be happy to help!  Please send us an email after you make your Christmas gift purchase,  include your transaction id or full name so we can locate your purchase in our system:)  We can best be reached at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com
