Store Policies

Returns + Exchanges

  • Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original box (with original packaging)
  • Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Sole Addiction.
  • Regular price items may be returned online for a full refund within 4 days of signing for your parcel. 
  • Regular price items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of signing for your parcel.  
  • Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Clearance priced items (merchandise reduced more than 40%) are final sale, and cannot be returned.

Sale Price Adjustments

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
  • We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days of the purchase date.  Requests for price adjustment must be received within 5 days of the sale start date. Please note that Free Shipping only applies to purchases over $150.00, so if the price adjustment puts the transaction at less than $150.00, the cost $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to the transaction.  To request a price adjustment, please contact us via email at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com, quoting your Transaction ID number.

Please note that there will be no exceptions to our return policy. 

This return policy is effective on July 8th, 2016, and cannot be applied to purchases made before this date.
