Store Policies

Returns + Exchanges

  • Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original box (with original packaging)
  • Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Sole Addiction.
  • Regular price items may be returned online for a full refund when customer service is contacted within 4 days of signing for your parcel. 
  • Regular price items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 14 days of signing for your parcel.  
  • Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 14 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Clearance priced items (merchandise reduced more than 40%) are final sale, and cannot be returned.

Sale Price Adjustments

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
  • We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days of the purchase date.  Requests for price adjustment must be received within 5 days of the sale start date. Please note that Free Shipping only applies to purchases over $150.00, so if the price adjustment puts the transaction at less than $150.00, the cost $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to the transaction.  To request a price adjustment, please contact us via email at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com, quoting your Transaction ID number.
