We understand that sometimes shopping can be tricky, which is why we have a dedicated customer service team ready to answer any questions you may have about fit and construction of any of our styles. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn (in brand new condition) and in it's original box. As a small independent business, we cannot accept returns on items that are less than perfect as cannot retail them again.
- Regular price items may be returned online for a full refund when customer service is contacted within 10 days of signing for your parcel.
- Regular price items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 21 days of signing for your parcel.
- Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 14 days of signing for your parcel.
- Clearance priced items (merchandise reduced 40% or more) are final sale, and cannot be returned.
- Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Sole Addiction.
- We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests for price adjustment must be received within 5 days of the sale start date. Please note that Free Shipping only applies to purchases over $150.00, so if the price adjustment puts the transaction at less than $150.00, the cost $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to the transaction.

- For price adjustments on purchases made at our Grande Prairie home, please see sales associates in store with your receipt + product purchased.
- We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
