Returns + Exchanges
- Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original box (with original packaging)
- Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Sole Addiction.
- Regular price items may be returned online for a full refund when customer service is contacted within 10 days of signing for your parcel.
- Regular price items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 21 days of signing for your parcel.
- Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 14 days of signing for your parcel.
- Clearance priced items (merchandise reduced 40% or more) are final sale, and cannot be returned.
Sale Price Adjustments
- We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
- We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests for price adjustment must be received within 5 days of the sale start date. Please note that Free Shipping only applies to purchases over $150.00, so if the price adjustment puts the transaction at less than $150.00, the cost $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to the transaction.
- To request a price adjustment for an online purchase, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your Transaction ID number.
- For price adjustments on purchases made at our Grande Prairie home, please see sales associates in store with your receipt + product purchased. Please note that we will not be accepting exchanges/returns or offering price adjustments on December 28th.
