If you wish to return your purchase, please email our customer service team directly at email@example.com. A member of our customer service team will be in touch within one business day. They will provide you with our return address, as well as your return authorization number. This number must be included on the outside of your parcel.
Once your return parcel arrives at our Grande Prairie home, a member of our customer service team will be in contact via email within 3 business days to complete the process.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns should be sent by your domestic mail service, and it is reccomended that return parcels be fully insured with a tracking number. For U.S and International returns, mark the parcel as "CANADIAN GOODS RETURN" on the custom forms. Duties charged to mysoleadiction.com as a result of mislabelling or marking as a "gift" will be deducted from your return amount. Parcels sent C.O.D will be refused
