This is a new brand for our store, and the fit is a bit different as the heel is deconstructed and could lay-flat as a slide (if you wanted too)   Chances are you are not going to get a snug fit in the heel, a bit of movement...but the leather is crazy soft, so it should not cause abrasions.  They are sized in European, and for me, I found them to fit true to size in the length.  However, if you float between two sizes (ex. 39-40) you will be the smaller of the two sizes.  The width is a touch generous, I would say they are a not going to work for narrow feet.
