Made in Portugal, this style is sized in European and fits "almost" true to size in the length. What I mean by this is IF you have the type of foot that floats between two sizes, for example, 38 or 39, I am near certain you will need the larger of those two sizes. The width is fairly standard, and the instep is completely adjustable. I think you could make them work for narrower feet as those buckles will adjust to keep the foot in place.
