About This Style

Bessie is a versatile, shearling-lined, low pull-on bootie that can be worn two ways. Worn with the top folded over, this boot showcases a cozy shearling detail. This casual, weekend-ready style features our patent-pending stapled construction, linings with Aegis Microbe Shield for odor control, leather uppers treated with 3M Scotchgard protector for stain resistance, and a lightweight patent-pending EVA outsole for long-lasting wear.
The fit? Well, this is a Dansko Clog so it is roomy! I wear my regular EURO size, and have some wiggle room. I tried the size smaller for reference, and I could not wear it as the arch placement is not right and my toes were close to the end. With my normal size there is room in the toes, and movement in the heel, which is just how they fit. You will not get a secure fit in the heel cup with this style because you just aren't supposed too. If you have a really high instep, they likely will not work as it is a pull-on boot. The width is typical Dansko, generous. I can't see them working well on narrow feet. If you own Dansko Clogs, you will be the same size.
