Enjoy casual comfort in Charlene, a low bootie with modern design lines and a wedge heel. Easy to put on and take off with an inside zipper, this style features Dansko's patented stapled construction and nubuck leathers with 3M Scotchgard for stain resistance.
Sized in European, this style fits nearly true to size in the length. I say nearly because we have found that if you have the sort of foot that floats between two EURO sizes, you will likely prefer the fit of the smaller size. I wore my regular size for length, and the width was generous but not truly wide. I do need to note that the heel cup is a bit wider than average, if you have narrow heels, please do not fall in love with this boot!.
- Full inside zippered entry
- Well-cushioned leather-covered dual-density EVA footbed with memory foam for cushioning and support; ideal for all-day/everyday wear.
- Faux 2" wooden heel
- Nicely treaded EVA-covered sole
- Made in Vietnam
|Instep:||AVERAGE TO SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE|
Founded in 1990 by Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup, Dansko’s mission is to improve the quality of people’s lives through great products, sincere passion and a commitment to a better tomorrow. Former horse trainers, Mandy and Peter sought the perfect “barn shoe.” They found it in a in a tiny shop in Europe -- the traditional clog. They returned with suitcases filled with clogs for family and friends, and soon started selling them from the back of their station wagon. Word of the clogs comfort traveled quickly, and Dansko (meaning “Danish shoe”) was born.
Dansko shoes are for people who strive to get the most from life. We make shoes that are simply good for your feet-all day, every day-in a range of styles that are just right for you. Like you, we go the extra mile, love what we do, and do our best to make the world a better place.
