Sized in European, they fit true to size in length.  This style is considered ” zero drop,” which is best described as having a completely flat sole with no difference in height between the heel and the toe, promoting a more natural, barefoot-like alignment and posture. Unlike traditional shoes that elevate the heel, zero-drop shoes keep the foot level to the ground, which can help strengthen foot muscles, improve balance and posture, and allow for more natural foot movement.  They are best suited for a bit of a wider foot, though you can adjust the laces for a custom fit.
