How does she fit? I base our Vionic Collection on American full and half sizes and have found Uptown Sneaker to fit true to size for length.  They are most comfortable when worn with a thinner sock, and the width is best suited for an average to slightly above-average width foot.  They can accommodate a higher instep thanks to the fully adjustable laces.
