The fit? Available in American full and half sizes, they fit true to size for length.  Those laces are not real laces; they are secured stretch-elastic, so you just slip on and go!! They are best suited for an average to above-average width foot.  If you have worn the original Pismo, this updated style will feel different on the top of the foot.  The laces sit a bit higher, and the material is more forgiving.  If there is anything narrow or flat about your foot, you may need a half size smaller than you normally wear.
