Did the item you purchased not work out? No worries our online customer service team is always happy to help. Please email the team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Either Carey or Kristin will respond to your email within one business day. They will provide you with our return address, as well as your return authorization number to write on your parcel. If you would like to exchange for a different style/size/color/whatever, they will help you out with that too!
We would really appreciate it if you got your return in the mail sooner than later. But we understand that Covid-19 restrictions vary, so please let us know when you do get it in the mail by emailing us the tracking number:)
Once your return parcel arrives at our Grande Prairie home, will be in contact via email within 3 business days to complete the process.
We are very sorry, but as a small independent boutique, we are unable to cover the cost of return and exchange shipping. So pre-paid return labels will not be provided, you will have to purchase your own at the postage at the post office.
Helpful Hint for International Customers!
For the U.S and International returns, send the parcel back with your domestic mail service, not a courier, and ensure that the parcel is marked as "CANADIAN GOODS RETURN" on the customs forms. Duties charged to mysoleadiction.com as a result of mislabelling or marking as a "gift" will be deducted from your return amount. Parcels sent C.O.D will be refused
