Online Store Policy

 

We understand that sometimes shopping can be tricky, which is why we have a dedicated customer service team ready to answer any questions you may have about the fit and construction of any of our styles.  We can best be reached via email at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com.  Our team is in the office Monday-Friday, from 930am-430pm, and are always happy to help!

 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn (in brand new condition) and in its original box.  As a small independent business, we cannot accept returns on items that are less than perfect as cannot retail them again.  

  • Regular price items may be returned online for a full refund when customer service is contacted within 10 days of signing for your parcel. 
  • Regular price items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 21 days of signing for your parcel.  
  • Sale items may be returned for exchange for size or store credit when customer service is contacted within 21 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Clearance-priced items (merchandise reduced by 40% or more) are final sale, and cannot be returned.
  • Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Sole Addiction.
  • Shipping fees included in your purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Sole Addiction.

Price Adjustments

  • We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days of the purchase date.  Requests for price adjustment must be received within 5 days of the sale start date. Please note that Free Shipping only applies to purchases over $150.00, so if the price adjustment puts the transaction at less than $200.00, the cost $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to the transaction.  
  • To request a price adjustment for an online purchase, please contact us via email at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com, quoting your Transaction ID number.  
  • For price adjustments on purchases made at our Grande Prairie home, please see sales associates in store with your receipt + product purchased. 

 

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale-priced items and clearance-priced items.  This applies to purchases made at our Grande Prairie home, as well as purchases made online.
