Sized in European, this style fits true to size for length.  The width is best suited for a slightly above average width foot, as the upper sits a bit higher on the foot than similar styles.  If you do not have a fuller foot, you will struggle to find the right fit in this style regardless of what size you choose, as you cannot adjust the depth of that upper.
