Sized in European, we found this bootie to fit nearly true to size in the length.  The width is typical for AS98, just a bit generous, this has to do with the depth and shape of the toe box. If you float between two sizes due to the width of your foot, you will likely prefer the smaller of the two sizes as this is a leather-lined boot unless you have a higher instep.  The lowest strap across the top of the foot is not adjustable and does not allow for a higher instep.
