Sized in American/US full and half sizes, this style fits nearly true to size for length.  I say nearly because if you have the sort of foot that floats between two sizes for the length, you likely will need your smaller size in this style. This has to do with the shape/depth of the toe box. The base of the footbed allows for a slightly above-average width foot; if there is anything average or narrow about your foot, you should probably try this style on in person to confirm it is going to work for you.  There is no option to adjust the fit in the instep
