The fit?  Available in American full and half sizes, we are finding them to fit generously in length.  The vast majority of folks who have tried this style on have needed a half-size smaller than they normally wear.  The only exception has been those who have really long sensitive toes, those who wear thick sports socks, and/or those with an overall wide foot and are determined to wear these regardless of how wide their foot is. The shape of the toe box allows them to accommodate an average to above-average-width foot, and the dual stretch panels allow for a custom fit in the instep

Please note that this style is a lot more structured in fit and a lot more supportive than both Vionic Pismo and Malibu.  So if that is the only Vionic style you have ever worn, and only prefer ultra-light footwear, this style may take some time to adjust too.
