Sized in European, I wore my regular EURO Dansko size for length.  The instep is NOT adjustable. However, the width is best suited for a fuller foot.  If you float between two sizes and often wear the larger size to fit your foot’s width, you likely will not need to in this style.  Also, due to the generous base of the footbed, I think that average-to-narrow feet will find this style to be too roomy regardless of what size they choose
