Sized in European, we find them to fit true to EURO size in the length. They are a bit generous across the forefoot and best suited for an average to slightly above-average width foot. The instep has two points of adjustability, a stretch panel on the second strap + a buckle at the ankle. So if you struggle with a fuller top of the foot, these are worth considering
