Sized in European, Shyla fits true to size in length. However, due to the shape of the toe, if you have a sneaky long toe or float between two sizes for the width of your foot, you will likely need the size larger.  The width is best suited for an average to slightly above average foot, and they may be a stuggle for anyone with a truly high instep
