Sized in European, we find this style to fit ALMOST true to size in the length.  Due to the thick lining, it can be a bit snug for you ladies who wear socks and/or have wider feet, and/or just like extra wiggle room in the toes.  You should order the EURO size larger if any of these things describe your needs.  Personally,  I could wear either the 41 (my regular size) and the 42 (size larger)  I would likely choose the size larger, for a bit extra wiggle room  As for width, we find them to be best for an average to above average width foot, and they do offer some adjustment in the instep:)
