How do they fit?  We base our Vionic Collection on American full and half sizes and have found Uptown Sneaker to fit true to size for length.  They are most comfortable when worn with a thinner sock, and the width is best suited for an average to slightly above-average width foot.  They can accommodate a higher instep thanks to the fully adjustable laces.
