Important Note:

All correspondence, including your order confirmation and tracking details, will be sent to the email address you provide PayPal.  If you do not receive this email, please do not hesitate to contact us!  We can best be reached via email at onlinesales@mysoleaddiction.com

Tracking details are emailed from tracking@shipstation.com once your shipping label is created.

Return Policy

  • Regular price items may be returned online for a full refund within 10 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Regular price items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 21 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 21 days of signing for your parcel.
  • Clearance priced items (merchandise reduced 40% or more) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are incurred by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE that all returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original box (with original packaging) Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of My Sole Addiction.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but there will be no exceptions made to our return policy.

Changing your order

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
  • If the parcel is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Sale price adjustments

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
  • We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 10 days of the purchase date.  Requests for price adjustment must be received within 10 days of the sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be provided in the form of a mysoleaddiction.com store credit only.
